Q.  How is the Institute of Nutritional Leadership different from Dr. Axe’s other programs?

A.   The Institute of Nutritional Leadership is an introductory training program for individuals considering a career in health & wellness.  With equal emphasis on nutrition and online business success training,  this course delivers insights from Dr. Axe himself and includes bonus materials to help you actualize your professional goals. The Institute of Nutritional Leadership diploma will be available for print and display following the completion of this program. Please note the materials in this course are not subject to specific accreditation.

Q.   I want to enroll in the Institute of Nutritional Leadership, but what if I can't start the program right away?

A.   While Dr. Axe believes you will benefit most from progressing through the program with your classmates, you will have lifetime access to the materials and the course can function as a self-paced program.  

Q.   Will I receive DVDs and books with my purchase?

A. This is a digital program.  All materials are posted to an online account.  You may print these materials, download them to your laptop/computer, upload them to your icloud.  Dr. Axe designed this program to give you convenient access.

Q.   Since this is a digital program, which devices can I use to access it?

A.   For best results, access your account from your laptop or PC and use Google Chrome as your browser.  These files are very large and may not be compatible with your iPad or iPhone.

Q.   Since the program is digital, how long will I have access to the information?

A.   You will have lifetime access to your online Institute of Nutritional Leadership account.  If you'd prefer, you may print these materials, download them to your laptop/computer, upload them to your icloud.

Q.   I’ve purchased the program but cannot access my account.  Can someone please help?

A.  Please know that for best results, you should access your account from your laptop or PC and use Google Chrome as your browser (Internet Explorer and Safari don't load images and video quickly enough).

Q.   I’m waiting to be accepted into the exclusive motivational group. Why have I not been accepted?

A.   The name and email address linked to your social media profile may not match the information used to purchase the INL program.  Please email INL@DrAxe.com, subj: Motivational Group.  Include your profile name along your purchase receipt. Our awesome Customer Support team will happily see to your request!

Q.   I accidentally purchased this program twice. Help! How do I get that second charge refunded?

A.   No problem!  Our customer support team will be happy to help.  Simply email INL@DrAxe.com, subj: Duplicate.  This will ensure the fastest response to your request.

Q.   I purchased your program but am not convinced it’s for me.  What do I do now?

A.   All Dr.Axe  programs carry a 60 day money-back guarantee.  If after following the program you wish to receive a refund, simply email INL@DrAxe.com, subj: Refund.  This will ensure a timely response to your request.
